This place keeps its hermit crabs in crammed conditions. The way they race is also inhumane. First, they are taken from a cramped tank and thrown into bowls. Then, the bowl is flipped over. This often injures the crabs. They then "race" on a table that they often fall off of. They do this in bars. They are said to have signs that read something like "Don't dunk hermit crabs in beer. They don't like it!" They show their whole set-up on their site.

Petsmart also has supplies that you can use. Some are very harmful, and can even kill your companions. Petsmart care is even more wrong than Petco's, although both stink bad. This store supports small animal mills, euthanasia, and more. Definitely not the best on-line store.

Petco has many supplies that may be useful for your loving companions. However, it also has harmful stuff. Be sure to research thoroughly about care instead of trusting theirs. Pet stores often get pet care wrong. They want to be able to sell their products, so they make up lies on how to care for animals. One quote I'd like to remember is, "Pet stores are a business, not a Humane Society." They are trying to make money, not help animals. Remember that.

They also support the over-population of guinea pigs and other small animals. You may not know of the over-population, though. Guinea pigs and other small animals get euthanized daily. Sometimes, shelters don't even take them, and they are euthanized on the spot.

This website is good for newbie hermit crab care-takers. They really need to update their care information, though. Also, some members of this site may agree that their staff isn't so great. They've talked about their members behind their backs, disrespect their member's opinions if they do not agree with them, and more.

This site is very informative on how to make a big enough cage for your guinea pig. To make C&C cages is very cheap. Their forums can get quite nasty, though.

This site has accurate care and medical information. Their forum is not too nice, though. The forum is accurate, too. The forum on this website is only recommended for adults, or teens whose parents can get vet care, because they will hate you if you cannot get it.

Perfect Piggies is a really friendly forum about guinea pigs. They are one of the most friendly guinea pig sites I've ever been to. They are wonderful and helpful with care.
